Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("terms") govern your access to and use of napjose.ph (the "site"), operated by Nap Joseph Calub ("I", "me", "my"). By accessing or using the site, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

The site is a personal website. It publishes my portfolio, CV, writing, and interactive projects, and is provided free of charge for informational purposes.

2. Who may use the site

Anyone may browse the site. If you use it on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• interfere with or disrupt the site, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it or related systems;
• scrape or access the site in a manner that degrades or unreasonably burdens it;
• use the site for unlawful purposes, or to host or transmit malicious code;
• misrepresent your identity, or use features that require sign-in (such as Google sign-in) in violation of the applicable provider's terms.

4. Intellectual property

The content, design, and code of the site are © Nap Joseph Calub, all rights reserved, unless a component is published under an open-source license, in which case that license governs. You may quote and link to the site; you may not republish substantial portions of it without permission.

5. Third-party links and services

The site links to third-party sites and integrates third-party services (such as hosting and Google sign-in). I don't control them and I'm not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.

6. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. I don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate. Opinions published here are my own.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from or relating to your use of the site - even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Changes to the site or these terms

I may modify or discontinue the site, or update these terms, at any time. Updated terms take effect when posted here, with a revised effective date. Continued use of the site after that means you accept the updated terms.

9. Termination

These terms apply until you stop using the site, or until I terminate access - for example, for breach of the acceptable-use rules above.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
